Absentee Bid
The 2004 Coffee House Auction
To place an absentee
bid, you authorize an auction official to bid on your behalf.
You must provide your name, address, and phone number along with the
catalogue lot number, title, and your maximum bid amount.
All sales are final. You
will be notified by phone on Thursday, October 28, if you are a winning bidder.
At that time, you may arrange for payment and pickup.
Please either fax in
the bid or call the Club to submit your bidding information.
Please refer to the Auction Rules under Absentee Bids for instructions
and bidding information.
